With a 14" diameter, this induction hob safe wok has an ideal capacity for cooking for 4-6 people. It's design allows you to start cooking almost immediately and the natural patina will develop through use, helping to prevent the carbon steel from rust and provide an easy-release cooking performance.

It is also suitable for cooking on all hob types including gas, electric, ceramic and induction. Natural Patina Non-StickThe natural, effective non-stick surface called patina will develop through use of this traditional Chinese seasoning wok. When ready to start cooking, place the wok centrally over the hob ring, add oil and heat on a medium high setting. Once the oil starts smoking you're ready to start cooking. How to remove the Protective Coating from the Wok before use:
IMPORTANT: If using the wok on a glass-topped hob, including induction, repeat this scouring process on the exterior base of the wok, the area in direct contact with the hob. If not removed, the lacquer will melt onto the glass. Please ensure that both the inside and outside of the wok are thoroughly washed and dried before seasoning the interior.
